About the Author
Hunter Roxie is the debut author of Deception of Kings, a dystopian novel following the dual point of view of main characters, Lex and Enzo. Deception of Kings started as an idea in Hunter’s ninth grade English class, and although it took some time for her to pick the pen back up, Hunter’s mind never fully left the intriguing world she had created. Originally from southern Indiana, Hunter is now based in Nashville, Tennessee. However, she refuses to lose the wandering spirit that led her to create her novel, and she can often be found traveling the United States in her camper in search of the next adventure. When Hunter isn’t brainstorming her next story, she loves spending time with her dogs and cat, riding horses, hitting the gym, or making music.
